Mr. and Mrs. Tuttle were shot and killed in their home as the result of a botched drug raid by HPD. Mr. Tuttle was a disabled military veteran and was battling cancer. According to Chief Acevedo, Sgt. Goines lied in a sworn affidavit to obtain the No-Knock Warrant that lead to their deaths.

In light of Mr. and Mrs. Tuttle being shot and killed in their home as the results of this botched drug raid, and the egregious actions by the officer(s) involved:

In memory of The Tuttle Family
-Dennis Tuttle & Rhogena "regi" Nicholas-

- Married couple of 20 years.

- Mr. Tuttle was a US military veteran and suffered from work related injuries as a machinist.

- Mrs. Tuttle was battling cancer and health issues related to hepatitis.

- Both were injured and on disability.

- Both were beloved by their neighbors, some knew them for as long as 20 years.

- Mrs. Tuttle spoke to her neighbor 20 minutes before the deadly raid.

- Mrs. Tuttle spoke to her 85 year old mother multiple times a day.

- No criminal records for either one of the couple.
